The Opinel Effilé (Slimline) range of folding knives is a resolutely modern, elegant design. The slimline, which is a very comfortable and perfectly balanced knife, has a fine blade – excellent for filleting, slicing and peeling.

The corrosion-resistant stainless-steel blades are made from Swedish Sandvik steel and require no special care.
These knives have the Virobloc safety system on the collar which locks the blade into position – open or shut.
