CARE: Opinel stainless steel are made from Sandvik stainless steel and is renowned for its cutting properties. Stainless blades are corrosion resistant and do not require any special care. Opinel blades stay sharper and are easier to sharpen than many other stainelss steel blades. The special Opinel safety catch system makes it possible to lock the blade in open and closed position.
